The Neucarro Trilogy begins with the reader learning about the wonder and majesty of Neucarro – a utopian world tucked away in the Yandel Galaxy. For thousands of years, the mighty nations of Reclara, Troon, Frudin and Lovin fought and died in their epic struggle to control the planet. The final Great War brought the planet to the brink of catastrophe, and the four nations came together, finally united under one global government. Two centuries later, peace and paradise are secured and prime minister Margaret Hunter commands Neucarro through popular vote and political brilliance.

Securing a historic second term in office, Hunter begins the colonisation of another world in the Neucarron system - Rideon III. The people rejoice, seeing this as the ultimate achievement of a united world. Origins of Paradise beings as her second term draws to a close. Hunter begins the final acts of her premiership – watching the colony ship land on Rideon III and then the dismantlement of the standing military, a relic of nationhood. The once powerful military refuses to accept such a change, stubbornly refusing to step aside for the creation of a new space exploration fleet. As Hunter prepares for the last battle of her premiership, a strange anomaly appears that changes both the future, and the history of Neucarro, for ever.

On Earth, the 21st century saw the seeds sowed for mass migration, starvation and war. By the mid 2100s, nothing could stop Earth descending into a third world war. The Western Democratic Alliance and Russian Asian Confederacy militaries smashed into each other at Berlin, in a conflict that then engulfed the world. The destruction saw continents vanish, nations murdered and billions silenced through the use of nuclear and chemical weapons.

During this horrific time, John Redding began his rise to power over the western hemisphere. He founded what became known as Redding Proctor Stephens - RPS. The largest business conglomerate in human history, RPS consumed what was left of the WDA after the new cold war began. Redding brought a cruel efficiency to a world now teetering on the edge of extinction and the remaining political leaders in America dared not to challenge him.

 

Redding now controls the western alliance and what is left of what was once called the western hemisphere. Nearing death, he longs to secure his legacy, and correct the one fatal error made by RPS twenty years ago. One that, if not corrected, could lead to the end of Earth and humankind. He marshals the last resources of Earth for one final mission, to correct a grave injustice of treason.
